Russia's actions in occupied Luhansk Oblast considered genoc

In hospitals in the Russian-occupied part of Luhansk Oblast, mothers are being threatened that their newborn children will be taken away if neither parent can prove that they have Russian citizenship. These actions violate Article II(d) of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (Genocide Convention).
