Thats the way i won and it makes me feel better. Just like maria around 30 other people sleep overnight in their car in this free parking lot nevertheless most of them work there Security Guards who were drivers secretaries or even computer technicians. Maria is a cleaner and a care exhausting work that she does 7 days a week. Well. Depends where my car 8 is if its like this i wont have to be flat because my back hurts if its like better. To provide some comfort for all these people an organization has supplied them with a water point portable toilets and a small outdoor kitchen where maria prepares her Morning Coffee before going to work. This kind of wood well it broke up in the kitchen as a famous in the United States. Bris fall from grace is a situation that affects thousands of other americans. For a long time she had everything she always wanted. She was married and lived in this beautiful house. But after 5 years of living together her blissful marriage suddenly fell apart. He could adopt me dump me as ok it didnt work bye bye ok bye bye see i later there were no i dont have. No bed no no furniture or no house. Its just my car i have a safe here. And. Thats the way it is maria didnt get to keep a single thing she preferred to leave everything to her exhusband and turn over a brand new leaf but over the last several years in california the cost of rent has risen so much that her salary of 1500 euros was not enough to afford an apartment ever since then every morning before heading to work she goes to this gym she exercises for 45 minutes but she mainly comes for another rather urgent need i have to take this decision because i have no place to shower. One time i can shower for a week feel farrel let me tell you you feel like a home and. Thinking. That why should i be doing if i thought oh thank you. So i came here. For membership costs her 40. 00 euros a month the cost of continuing a near normal life. Upon leaving the gym no one would notice that maria no longer has a house and that she sleeps in her car. For the quandary job because of that because if i dont shower nobodys going to hire me im going to be homeless no car no nothing might my worlds going to go drop you know. What im going to be doing ill be complete 100 percent home. Cesc if he if he. Maria is just one of many middle class american citizens who have in recent years fallen into poverty. And the fish alee america is great again since the 2008 crisis the economy has never been stronger a record breaking growth and unemployed. That has dropped to a historical low less than 4 percent an upturn for which donald trump has claimed all the credit. There has never been a better time to start living the American Dream but despite what the president the firms the famous American Dream is far from being achieved in the United States 40000000 people are living below the poverty line and millions of workers will go to Great Lengths to stay above it to get my mail but if i did it twice a week becoming homeless overnight is what these americans fear most because here the system is not very kind of those short of cash to catch up real quick for youre going to have a judgment of possession against you and get a ticket in some states being late on your rent is no laughing matter. Here one by one tenants are they good at gunpoint where am i going to flee back if even the whole thing about need. For these americans on the verge of ruin seeking medical treatment can cost a fortune hard to eat and take your medicine to please you may not get one or the other. So some people are standing up in solidarity making sure theyre taken care of free of charge in field hospitals not unlike those found in a country at war and insight into the lives of those who cannot scrape a living in the heart of destitute america. San diego in Southern California 300. 00 days of sunshine a year beaches as far as the eye can see an idyllic setting a picture postcard california san diego is also one of the most dynamic cities in the country here unemployment is practically nonexistent. This dream lifestyle was once an everyday reality for eric he was a successful computer engineer earning 7000 euros a month today thats 53 years old this man lives alone in his car and to eat for free hes made an agreement with the employees of a pizzeria. Hello. How are you today. It looks yes. Thank you. What do you take here that these are the slices that they have in their display that they havent for too long then they put them in the fridge for me so that they donate them. To. Eric comes every evening to pick up some pizza. Thank you very much very much appreciate it ok bye. Hes going to share these unsold slices with other victims of poverty because for a year and a half eric has been sleeping in this parking lot the one where maria the cleaner also lives with his pizza he makes his neighbors very happy. Theres a lot. Like lorella a 55 year old driver its. Our hangry. Do not today no no no i had to drive on did. In his former life eric also worked a lot 50 hours a week but 4 years ago he suffered a burnout as well as a series of Health Problems including problems with his heart he could not work and received Unemployment Benefits for 6 months and then nothing at all i could handle i thought i would get better. But its not a full enough for several years ahead of us with doctors now im throwing furniture my savings. I ended up. Basically burning through everything and what can afford to stay in a farm and. Eric is trying to pick himself up nowadays hes doing temporary work in a saving up to be able to rent an apartment. And. After a long day at work maria is back. To her. Yeah its where i work its a little hard to get because. I have to lift a lady shes very had. Back and forth back and. 9 hours is. Its a its a lot of hours but im ok. Thirsty my food the bed im ready to jump in my bed if it comes time. At half past 9 at night the gates closed from this point onward no more cars can enter the parking lot at night there isnt a Security Guard and even though there hasnt been any attacks this doesnt reassure maria. I close the door put the we know down like this much and put the alarm if somebody is trying to break in i will know i come at the 1st break. And my head might cut or some a trying to break in she spray. Because. You never know. If that. A few metres away eric is getting ready to spend another night in his car even though the passenger compartment is full to the brim the former computer engineer will sleep sitting behind the wheel certainly far from the comforts of his old life. One thing that ive really found out about this is that you know the typical stereotype of. You know the homeless person being lazy and not wanting to work or being a drug addict. That may be the case in some places and some and some but the people ive come to in this program most them are very hardworking people who want to get ahead that have either have some some Health Issues or have some of how district about luck or for whatever reason. Theyve you know come into this is this this situation some people are able to get out of it quickly some people take longer. California is a state of stark contrasts despite being the 6th largest economy in the world more and more of its workers can no longer afford somewhere to live but there is another state where the system is even more unforgiving. This state is virginia right next to washington d. C. And in particular its capital city Richmond Richmond is a former Industrial City here a quarter of the population live beneath the poverty threshold. In the troubled 19 seventies a group of kilos rampage through parts of Northern Ireland that was coordinated loyalist attacks to take the only population of tens of forced to flee their homes and what was striking to put these attacks was that the or you see the Police Actually took part in the attacks so instead of preventing it they were active participants in the burning of full streets in belfast at the time more than a 100 innocent civilians were. As the review can seniors and we found out more surprised about the extent and its occurrence which the solution was involved in some of those cases the killers would lead to be named the new gang i think it went to the very very top i think if the. There was here where all the taste you know on the go ahead. The addictions are a routine job for officer lawyer from the Sheriffs Office several times a week he distributes these yellow documents. How you. Can just live here ok this was a notice set up placed on your door sort of action notice in a to get in touch with a management property manager here if you feel the same correct but we said eviction for august the 7th at 9 oclock. Ok thank you maam. In the state of virginia the law is strict if the rent is late by 5 days the landlord has the right to begin the eviction process a few weeks later the tenant receives a notice on their door. You know what is right you know to. Go for the one week you know. Its going off and i will take it out. Sometimes carried away by his own enthusiasm officer loyal is not always accurate usually a how are you are you are you. Now the she there here now this is. This announcement to make. This woman who has nothing to feel guilty about got away with nothing more than a fright im sorry maam were at the wrong apartment thanking. The threatening tenants have one week to settle their debts otherwise they face eviction by force and officer loyal does not show much sympathy. This morning he and his colleague must make the person that lives in this house the. Sheriffs office. And just like arresting a dangerous criminal. They enter the home armed with guns take a. Sheriffs office. Right now the tenant is not at home and clearly has not had time to vacate the premises. And on your location. As for the landlord he immediately reclaim his property. On average in france it takes a year and a half to evict someone whilst here it happens in almost an instant in less than 2 months everything is settled charioteer im checking the windows you know what. To make sure there is a secure. The tenant has just arrived and is in shock she had been renting the house for 7 years a single mother to a grown up daughter she works but has frequently struggled to make ends meet she can only pick up her belongings the next day otherwise everything will go to the junk yard at her expense. That. Is just going to be easy on you like to be a course in a back yard or whatever if you were having removed because if he has a token ring remove it and as an added expense that youd be looking at yes i mean just to think all this is off you i think its hard not to do we gotta do what i gotta do what i gotta do what are you going to sleep why am i going to sleep at if you can all say about me. Yes i can yeah thank you have a good day shes thrown out on the streets with no room for negotiation this is the only way it moves or it didnt move. Thats up to her if thats the only way she said she would move before this didnt move. Maybe she knew what it. You know she never did say that to me. There are around 10 divisions just like this one every day in richmond as a consequence of this express just as Budget Hotels on the outskirts of the city have become a refuge for those whove been kicked out of their homes some people stayed there for a very long time this is the case where david the 38 year old gardener. Was going. Sammul same on new day. David has lived in this motel since his addiction 2 years ago at the weekend this divorced fathers children come to stay over and his 10 square meter room for which he pays 1300. 00 euros a month. This is it manages our bed bedroom living room family room everywhere and this is the Little Kitchen which i cooked our eggs last night made hamburgers and clean the dishes you know we played video games and bathroom you know got a shower but thats about all. During the week david shares the single room which is bursting with things with his new partner. He did move to a follow up to you for 2 years here man on one cramped ike obviously if you put 2 people in the same room for a long enough time its theirs you know bump heads and have arguments and stuff his girlfriend has a stable job in the Insurance Business as a couple they could buy themselves a bigger and less expensive apartment yet they remain trapped in this tiny room because their past a big continues to haunt them but at the time she was she was trying to 1st and then you get so be down by going to places and stuff and im not theyre not giving you a place because theyre like oh you know. Its you know shows that you didnt pay dislike 2 months or Something Like that and it definitely was a detriment to you know there was no way of getting anywhere. It is almost unthinkable in europe but here landlords are able to access the past of bad tenants with a few simple clicks a systematic surveillance that has been denounced by martin veg bright a lawyer and defense attorney for tenants. So. This database is a public database and anyone can go on to this database and look at it and you can search by name so try a common a common american name air we get all merry go lest be ok. There we go and you can say 5 on lawful detainers lets see 10 years ago this tenant had a series of late payments despite being small amounts like this 291. 00 they can bear heavy consequences. So if im a landlord i can look at that and say well that was 10 years ago but. I think shes too much of a risk i dont want to rent to her if anything bad happens to you whether its you know you get your hours cut back at work whether or you break an ankle and youre off work for a month whether you got that car repair bill or that hospital bill or any thing that just throws your budget off slightly. You better catch up real quick or youre going to have a judgment of possession against you and get addicted so the tenant really is living under the sword of damocles. With such a system its difficult to imagine how david could one day leave his motel and buy himself an apartment in which he could properly house his children. In a situation like this too if youre depressed and you sit in one little room by yourself alarm or you end up trying to enter on your own doing something stupid and thank god jenkins my only advice right now. Stock markets as weve seen in zimbabwe as we see in venezuela this is whats happening in the United States right now as well today. Welcoming our viewers from around the world live from Central London this is r. T. U. K. The u. K. Government u. Turns to provide disadvantaged students with free meals during the Summer Holidays are a campaign by football of Marcus Rushford we hear from a Food Campaign. The u. K. Government says a review into the to meet a social distancing rule will be completed in weeks a World Health Organization funded Study Suggests its only slightly more effective than one metre by other scientists suggest flaws in the research over talking to one of the. Research reveals mandatory face coverings in Public Places as well as test and trace could prevent more than 50000 coronavirus deaths in the u. K. Coronavirus antibodies are found to remain in the blood for months but not all patients develop them and whether they provide protection from infection is still unknown we hear from the oversell the research. And one structures in blue plaques will be reviewed after weeks of black lives matter protests and the toppling of some slave trade or memorials we hear from the welsh bishop according to remove the statue of another colonialist. The u. K. Government has confirmed it will give Free School Meals vouchers to pupils throughout the Summer Holidays it follows a campaign by much the united football of Marcus Rushford to extend the scheme which was initially dismissed by the Prime Minister were more on this im joined by r. T. You case. By that he says that whats been happening. Ok well what weve been saying in the last few hours is the government and out saying that it will fund scheme to help seed children from struggling families during the 6 week Summer Holidays of course we do know that parents have been struggling because that children have been at home during the coded 1000. 00 crisis and of course many children who would be normally at School Getting breakfast or lunch that button has now fallen on the parents and all of this has really come about because of the count cane by the Manchester United footballer marcus rash and hes brought about possibly this change hes raised tens of millions and a large part of this is down to his work that hes done on twitter as well bringing attention to this now mr rushford had somewhat of an exchange with that series of coast feet the tory government minister and off course she picked on one of mr rush thats tweets which stated that. Quote it cannot be disconnected and that was one of the points that mr rushton said you know calling on people to be aware that some families around the country are having their water cut off and mr i should hit back saying that out of all the tweets he tried to raise attention to bringing attention of course to the many families who are struggling with poverty that was the only one that miss koshi true attention to bringing a number of retreat some likes to his tweet that essentially the governments priorities are in the wrong place and rather than focusing on the main issue at hand is of course the families who are struggling that has the government have their priorities in the wrong place and ships will that the matches that unites it strike. To pull me contract by 20 percent tonight. And we could be on the verge of a return to my son employment something weve not seen for a generation. Weve also one of the highest death tolls from topeka in the world at least 41700. 00 deaths are likely to be far greater than that. And in the last hour the government has used on free school mirrors cannot put on record my thanks to marcus rush but. He has played on this issue with a victory for the 1300000 children affected. Mr speaker this statement is intended to deflect attention from all of that and can i assure the Prime Minister it will not work but he said this isnt the 1st recent change in government policy in the face of pressure is it. We have seen a number of other policies put in place later on been changed one of them being the opening of schools and all children to go back this month we have seen that push back for all children in september and some school yes at the end of this month theyve already supposed to be going back some of those kids but the other huge sense that we can have a look at is with regards to the n. H. S. Such aaj now the government had wanted to put in place the such a large full e. U. Because and in particular non e. U. Foreign health care is a lot of pressure coming on the government to change that because of course yet h. S. Many of that work is often out of the use of it was felt unfair to make people who were living in this country and helping the country pay for such a scheme the government had been skeptical but not with regards to the use of face mosques now they changed and they require the full use of the phrase mosques on top lake transport all the way again just coverings not face mosques the such also with regards to testing at the beginning of course the government had quite a slow road out of that testing regime and now of course theyve stepped up on that and also when we look at the cat home deaths biggest initially the government wasnt counting can home deaths in that day totals that they were updating the public with the office of National Statistics you know and asked they did offer some pressure on the government they to now have decided to include not just people who died covered 19 in hospitals but in cowans and all of that really resulting in a higher death toll than was for us to say it and there are fears as well the situation in cat homes has been ignored by the government so there are some who say that this is are still reflection of a government which is willing to listen and to change but others saying that this is. Possibly a government that isnt quite sure of its strategy Going Forward and a certainty thank you very much indeed. Well for more on the governments hughson on food ventures im now joined by Food Campaign and i cannot consent thank you thank you for joining us i mean it must be a welcome in from the government despite the dismissals yes absolutely great news and credit to Marcus Rushford on his team and all the people that the last however many years have been working really relentlessly on this they said its a great piece of news and its a systemic in stone so for a more positive outcomes one want to take a famous footballer to get males to children and well i think that if you look at it marcus isco the perfect type tricky start off by sharing a very personal story which huge respect to him he then moved on to help raise a lot of money and then the final one the final goal as far as the celebration is that hes managed to get this over the line and for the government so its a change their decision on this i think that is used the social media very well his platform as just gone from strength to strength and i think that the personal story that people have been able to resonate with to be able to see that without the supports of volunteer groups teachers coaches families food banks all those people support him to become an achieve his goal im now i think hes been very responsible in use in that success so its a hopefully supporters he has i like the football analogy that in the meantime how does does the actual scheme the Voucher Scheme doesnt literally keep families about the breadline. John i think that they will offer a lifeline and the fund has been described as covert so my food phone and so we have to make sure that those funds go to where exactly where they need to be a well off Family Support and sends a virus has to phones during the holidays and what worries me is that this is supporting 1300000 children but the city states tell us that there are 4200000 children living in poverty so there is potentially a shortfall and a gap and that the legacy of the crisis that were yet to see potentially will mean that many more children families are exposed to Food Insecurity and we need to make show that the ments and consignors and those families get the support but longer term they want to create more sustainable change once a work with families to educate and empower them live Food Security lives so i would say that this is very much the beginning of something that we can hope will build for the momentum and further improve outcomes for children young people and that families with the billions already spent talking the coronavirus is actually quite a small expenses in it. It is and there are other areas where the government have funded local projects to be able to access by food to be able to provide that through as a lot of work thats going on in the voluntary sector private businesses have been very supportive to organizations throughout this throughout the crisis so there is an awful lot of actual work that has been going on that the baskin going on for many years but its simply during this crisis but we say that the worry is whats going to come next and how we can continue to support those families but beyond that we have to start working on building a Brighter Future we want these families to move from this level of dependence to becoming independent and its really important that people keep pulling together keep the pressure keep the conversation going and we say keep improving those outcomes well i think you mustve seen the full impact of not providing free meals for your own initiative i mean whats the west that youve experienced. And there are many really harsh cases. Children and. Families are too proud to ask for help on and it takes a Major Incident for such they discover that families need help so what were going to do is to create a safe space for children to talk about hunger when when people talk about hunger i tend to think of developing countries places outside of the u. K. But what we try to do is work with children to say lets talk about hunger within a safe space within your classroom lets talk about that within your year group and then within your school and then within your community before we start thinking about areas further apart in the u. K. So we have to make sure that people are confident and have that voice heard so its to speak oh but during this crisis were seeing families queuing for a number of hours before Community Venue has opened this door to provide food and one school that was made aware of and actually had to give the username and password for the school why fight so that families couldnt stand outside the gates to be able to download the Free School Meals violence is in the 1st place so Food Insecurity is a very very complex thing and hes not just about providing food so but hopefully this like you said this is a really positive step that we can build upon and i think one final question what about easing the lockdown as well a lot and also in terms of economic a well what also benefit families benefit children Going Forward. It may well do we have to be mindful that. The families that are working in jobs that will now become vulnerable and subject to maybe reduced hours redundant say. That could actually have a small significant knock on. The legacy of this crisis is yes or no but we suspect that it will mean that more and more families live in food insecure our lives so its something that we really need to really mindful of right and i can send thank you very much indeed thank you. All may well the u. K. Government has also confirmed that a review of the coronavirus to meet a social distancing role is to be completed in the coming weeks since the beginning of the outbreak the government has advised the public to keep a 2 metre social distance between people to prevent the spread of coronavirus the critics now claim its impossible to maintain following the opening of nonessential shops and next months planned opening of pubs and restaurants other countries including france and singapore have followed a one me to distancing rule in parliament on monday Health Minister Edward August said there were a few will follow the splints. The reality of this is that there is not a fixed science about this there continues to be a scientific debate about what is the most effective distance and the read one of the reasons for example that we have the 2 need to distance in place at present is because the Scientific Evidence for sage is that for example a reduction in distance from 2 meter to one meter would carry somewhere between 8. 00 to 10. 00 fold increased risk of transmission that is why we have the guidance in place that we do but we are very clear that this review will give us the basis to make considered decisions on the most appropriate way forward in striking the balance between Public Health and economic impact. When it comes to a study funded by the World Health Organization which looked into the Science Behind social distancing regulations it found that under the 2 me to rule the average person has a 1. 3 percent chance of catching the virus but if this rule is half to one meter the chance of catching the virus only marginally creases by just over one percent it means that under a one meter rule a few years and 3 in 100 people would catch kovac 19 however some scientists have hit out at the study claiming it is ignores certain key factors or professor ben counting from the university of hong kong is one of them and he joins me now. As a guy thank you for joining us whats wrong with this study what is it neglecting. Our duration of exposure is really really important so is much more risky to spend an hour or 2 meters away from the person in the same room than it is to shake hands with to give them a hard to kiss on the cheek and then leave well it does appear that the difference between the distances is marginal is this yeah thats right but another issue with this study is the way that they looked at the different businesses so you said it was a 1. 3 risk or 2 meters i think it was a 1. 3 increase i will meet and thats just because of the assumptions they made in their analysis well other countries including france of singapore have followed the one meter all of singapores response was lauded around the world so what are they doing right. Physical distancing is really important but you have to recognise the idea the reason for doing it is to avoid crowding lets not have too many people who are together in a small space in a confined space because that is when transmission can occur what weve seen some pictures of people queuing up to go shopping some people have been killed with the distances between them others of being sort of crowded on top of one another will these kind of instances make a difference. Yeah i mean if its outdoor look i dont think its a big issue if its indoor and theres a lot of people close together for a prolonged period of time i think thats when the risk is going to get a little bit higher and thats what we need to watch out for and also weve seen people protesting as well and other people saying that this will make a difference youre saying the outdoors then it perhaps wont. Outdoor certainly the risk is low or i think again if people are really crowded together staying together for a long time that could be in a protest where theres a lot of people really bunched up that could be a risk in the park with a lot of space between people i really think the limited very very very low risk when it seems likely that theyll be a political decision on this but to reduce the distance is effectively based on economic considerations isnt it yeah i mean all the time when were thinking about what Public Health measures to tell you we also need to bear in mind the economics and social impact of the measures that were thinking about and those are also important also that this consideration comes comes into play if were talking about schools as well its a big debate so is it possible then based on the fact that we can narrow those distances that we can effectively see more pupils going back to school. Yeah i think thats one of the consequences of reducing the spacing requirements in schools is going to be really difficult to maintain physical distancing though i think its really good news for us that coded 1000. 00 does not spread as well in children as many other risk factors like the flu theres also the fact that youre going to be opening up pubs and restaurants particularly and also as we know where alcohol is involved its also a question of how do you enforce those things isnt it its going to be difficult i think now is really good that is the summer so people can spend more Time Outdoors i think outdoors is a really good place to be. If theres covert around date if time spent there if thats a factor is time spent with the person is such an important factor in the spread of the virus should the government be legislating to tackle that in particular. Yeah i think any legislation about physical distance should also take into account time spent i think its really pointless to say that youve got to have a 2 meter distance if youre passing someone on the street or if youre you know queuing up for to get into a shop thats really not the place where credit is going to occur is if youre spending a prolonged period time like in a pub in a bar in a restaurant may be in in closer proximity to other people and other lockdowns in other countries have they also taken that into account of their effectively said you must not only distance yourself from people but also you are allowed to spend only a limited amount of time with people as well. However seen a lot of talk about time but so for example in hong kong bars were closed because we know thats a place where transmission could occur because people spend more time there and theres opportunities for transmission to occur so bars were closed and restaurants had regulations about seating distances and dividers between tables and so on and also weve seen that continuing in other countries throughout europe as well havent we want more work needs to be done to properly assess the distance do you think. In the u. K. I think its a real missed opportunity right now not to have more information on the people whove been infected how transition has been going on who spread to who where transmission happened because we really dont know in some other countries we have the information but in the u. K. Ive seen very little about that and why do you think that is the case you think theres not enough cross pollination between countries even in Trading Information on how how best to combat the virus well in the u. K. Its going to need boots on the ground its going to need epidemiologists and other scientists going to investigate people whove been infected how did they get infected who might have infected them did they pass it on to others and doing those kind of very detailed investigations case by case and Public Health england has not done a lot of that so far that theyve been overwhelmed with a lot of other things to do and i havent seen a lot of scientists doing that in the u. K. So far i think is a missed opportunity and finally professor counting social distancing of any distance is only as good as those who follow it or dont follow it isnt it. There of course i think we could call it physical distancing sometimes because the key feature is its the physical distance between people we want to keep a little bit further away to reduce the chance of virus spreading if there is a virus around Professor Bank many thanks for all those thoughts thank you. And coming up after the break. Rotavirus antibodies are found to remain in the blood for at least 2 months but not all patients develop them we hear from the also about research. And a Heritage Charity launches a review of london sponsors our morals following weeks of protests we hear what wunsch bishop calling for the removal of the statue of a colonialist. Join me every thursday on the alec simon show and ill be speaking to guest of the world of politics sports business im show business ill see you then. Thank god im back for such claims mandatory face coverings in Public Places and effective test and tracing could prevent sizes of coronavirus deaths in the u. K. The study conducted by a number of universes including University College london suggest the measures could save over 50000. 00 lives over 2 years less 2 minutes the strategy would cost the economy approximately 8000000000. 00 pounds and it could save 700000000000 pounds worth of g. D. P. Over the next 2 years or currently face coverings are only mandatory in england on public transport and in hospitals while the governments test and trace system has been inundated with problems including figures which showed a 3rd of those who tested positive didnt pass on details of their recent contacts but in the next hour ill be discussing this with one of the scientists behind the study when we want to separate report has revealed that corona virus antibodies could remain in the blood for at least 2 months and possibly longer however between 2 and 8. 5 percent of all patients with corona virus did not develop any antibodies the author of the Research Professor of krishna told r. T. U. K. The antibodies protect against infection but further research is needed. I think were at a stage now where the evidence is slowly building out that antibodies are helpful in protecting against disease now the real test of course will be if you have people who are really havent a body is and then they get a chance of becoming infected again and they resist the infection now were not at the stage where we can assess that so we have other its bits of evidence for example you could take counting bodies from one person whos recovered put them into someone who has got the interaction and see if that helps and these sorts of experiments this sort of clinical work is going on and it is all suggesting and supporting the idea that antibodies when you develop them are useful and protects against infection but we dont have the final story on that yet were fesa question also said people with severe inflammation are more likely to develop antibodies what we managed to work out is that people who have less interest inflammation when they have the infection. Are less likely to develop antibodies so in other words the more inflammation you have. The more likely you are to develop antibodies and more information is usually associated with being older and also having some of the other. Risks that we know now we see with more severe disease associated with the so for example you have i got pressure or you are overweight and so one of these risk factors for severe disease are more likely to give you. The bodies when you get the infection. Historic buildings Charity English heritage are set to conduct a London Library view into diversity in public spaces including statures and blue platinum memorials plaques with what they consider problematic connections will have more detail descriptions of the figures they dont are good and bad that comes out of black lives matter protesters tore down a statue of slave trade added cost to restore government against was removed in london with many more targeted English Heritage said it wanted to ensure the both sides a controversial figures are represented. We need to ensure that the actions and legacies of those commemorated are told in full statues can offend but we cannot support deliberate damage to Historic Monuments we believe that the best course of action is to divide as much information as possible about these monuments their history and the context in which they were directed and encourage debate and reflection on the sometimes painful issues they raise or meanwhile a welsh bishop has requested that a statue of explorer Henry Morton Stanley will be removed from demby town center in wales where he spoke to r t u k about why the colonias is such a controversial figure. People whove supported his memory love the story of his exploring his most famous event trolls when he met and found the great missionary dr David Livingstone and there was that great meeting near the Victoria Falls for stanley said our dr livingstone i presume the difficulty was that like many colonus at the time he really abused his power and subjected the africans to quite a bad level of mistreatment his legacy is controversial there are those that say he was ahead of his time but he was implicated in the subjugation of the congo by king leopold the 2nd of the belgians or reverend cameron also said that all they think is like stanley are off their time they dont align with 21st century values and should be consigned to history he was absolutely a product of his time and most historical figures are a mixture of good and bad the values of the trench the 1st century a very different to the values of the 19th fundamentally the message of black lives maps are is one that which we have to take stock in the present context now you wouldnt have thousands of people out on the streets in less they felt that there was an injustice here and some balls of a colonial past of an imperial history perhaps not the sort of thing that we should be celebrating about with more news at the top of the n.
