Royals announce 2021 promotional giveaways and events Share this story The Royals couldn’t have any fans at games in 2020, but they are anticipating the fans returning in 2021, having announced their promotional schedule for the upcoming season today. The promotions kick off on April 1 for Opening Day as all fans will receive a magnetic schedule. The Royals will give away five bobbleheads this year, with many of the same ones that were scheduled to be given away in 2020. The bobbleheads fans can collect this year include a bobblehead for Jorge Soler on May 8, one for Whit Merrifield on May 22, Hunter Dozier on June 5, Whitey Herzog on August 14, and a yet to be determined bobblehead on July 24.
