WESTOVER, W.Va. – Westover police confiscated more than an ounce of Fentanyl during a routine traffic and arrested two suspects Tuesday.
The investigation began when police stopped a car driven by Cordell Sain, 29, of Claire Shores, Michigan, for disregarding a stop sign in the city. During the stop police found a zip lock bag with 32.5 grams of a substance that tested positive as Fentanyl.
Sain and a passenger, Brooklynn Carter, 19, of New Castle, Pennsylvania, have been charged with conspiracy to commit a felony and possession of Fentanyl and are being held in the North Central Regional Jail.
