The investigation into the double homicide on March 16 at the Roundy's Distribution Center in Oconomowoc has closed without a clear motive, but it is now known that the shooter targeted both of his victims. "We believe that for whatever reason that (Fraron Cornelius) wanted these two to be the targets," Waukesha County Sheriff's Department Capt. Frank McElderry said. "We don't know if it was preplanned or a target of opportunity, but he did walk by a number of people in between." "We have no indication at this point that it was preplanned," McElderry said. "There was no indication at this point that there was any real problem between the employees."
