Rosselkhoznadzor uncovers illegal supplies of fish to Russia

The Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) has uncovered an illegal supply chain of frozen salmon fish of unknown origin that was imported to Russia in January 2023 under the guise of products from the Faroe Islands through the territory of Belarus, Yulia Melano, adviser to the head of Rosselkhoznadzor, told reporters.
