Frontera, 33, submitted his intent to resign in the late hours of April 27, following the Roseville City Council meeting that took place via Zoom. “At 9 p.m. on April 27, 2021, City Clerk Jennifer Zelmanski and I received a written letter of City Council resignation from Charles Frontera,” City Manager Scott Adkins said in an email. “The resignation is to become effective at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, April 28, 2021.”
