Rodent activity and droppings, fly trap over prep table: Lancaster County restaurant inspections

The following Cumberland County restaurants were found to have violated Pennsylvania’s health and safety regulations during inspections between Dec. 27-Jan. 2.
Inspections are overseen by the Department of Agriculture. The department notes that in many cases violations are corrected by the restaurant before inspectors leave.

--Observed facility doesn’t have a temperature measuring device to measure the proper temperature for final rinse cycle on high temp dishwasher.
--The hand-wash sink located in the produce area area does not have water at a temperature of at least 100F.
