DEKALB — A Richville man was charged Tuesday stemming from an alleged domestic dispute the day prior, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Matthew W. Hopper, 35, was charged with second-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child on Main Street, officers said.
He was released on his own recognizance and an order of protection was issued in favor of the victims, deputies said.
