One small stretch of road in Hawke's Bay is responsible for almost 1000 speeding tickets a year, police data has revealed.
The region's top road cop says they don't actively seek to revenue gather, but
if they did they would put a speed camera beside the 50km/h stretch of State Highway 51 between the Clive River bridge and Farndon Rd "all the time".
