欧州中央銀行（ＥＣＢ）のラガルド総裁は２８日、炭素税の引き上げについて、各国政府が税収増加分をうまく活用しなければ、家計を圧迫し、ＥＣＢのインフレ目標達成が難しくなるとの見方を示した。
