Retired Kentucky police officer, David Love, 'raped and sodomised' child under 14 during years of abuse

David Love, 69, from Radcliff, Kentucky, was arrested on January 4 for charges including rape and sodomy. According to the arrest report, the 'relationship' began on October 8.
