Stafford's X-rays were negative, interim head coach Darrell Bevell said Monday, according to Brad Galli of WXYZ Detroit. "This will be a deal where we'll take it to the end of the week," Bevell said, per MLive's Benjamin Raven. The Lions initially listed Stafford as questionable to face the Packers due to a thumb ailment.
