Rep. Conklin resolves to name Sept. 18 as State Grange Day

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WTAJ) – A new resolution is waiting on approval from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, and if passed, would recognize the 151st anniversary of the Grange.
