The Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad New York Corridor, or the “Tubman Corridor’’ as it is perhaps better known, is a step closer to fruition, following the awarding of $519,500 to the Underground Railroad Consortium of New York State (URCNYS) to promote a driving tour of Underground Railroad sites in New York State connected with other travel opportunities with a statewide geographical scope.
