The Philippine College of Surgeons (PCS) will deploy 86 of its surgeons to more than 86 private and public hospitals nationwide today, Sept. 5, to perform simultaneous surgeries on indigent patients starting at 9 a.m. to ease the surgical backlog in the country brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic
