The property was sold for $5 million by FRP Properties, LLC. Matt Weaver and Al Apuzzo of Lee & Associates North San Diego County represented the seller. Mike Fitzsimmons of Pauma Valley Realty represented the Pauma Band of Luiseno Mission Indians. The property features producing citrus and avocado groves with multiple water sources including eight wells on flat to gently sloping terrain.
