A division bench of MP high court has disposed of a petition seeking a court directive for compulsory installation of rainwater harvesting system in residential houses and other buildings after the court was told on behalf of the state government that installation of rain harvesting system in a house constructed in an area of 140 sq metre or more is compulsory as of now.
