Agreeing with Matt Chapman doesn’t come easily to me.
I wrote a yarn few years back about Royal Ascot and the frustrating TV coverage beamed back into our lounge rooms by Chapman and the late John McCririck.
I found the Vaudeville pair colourful yet downright balmy, particularly Chapman and the way he yelled his way through the coverage from what appeared to be a small caravan surrounded by corporate bookie betting screens.
