We’ve all put our heads together in the Racenet office this week and come up with a set of favoured runners that we think are likely to find one better on Saturday.
AYRTON (Eagle Farm Race 3 No 2 – 12.39pm AEST)
Faces the likes of Ellsberg, which flogged Private Eye first-up with that horse going to Queensland and beating Apache Chase – a horse that beat Ayrton last time out. Had every chance in that race when not letting down as expected and at the short quote, we couldn’t be on him.
