Puerto Vallarta will celebrate Carnaval from February 22 to 24, under the motto 'Dance, laugh and celebrate.' The event promises a fabulous lineup of live music performances and lively contests, but the big celebration will be the spectacular parade that will wind its way through the city on Saturday, February 24.
