Public offices, schools close for Thanksgiving; Mandan holiday festivities begin

The Bismarck and Mandan city offices and landfills will be closed Thursday for the Thanksgiving holiday. Meanwhile, traditional holiday festivities in downtown Mandan will get underway Friday and Saturday.
