Am 1. Juli 2021 ist die 2. COVID-19-Öffnungsverordnung (BGBl. II Nr. 278/2021) in Kraft getreten, welche eine Präsenz-Hauptversammlung, als Zusammenkunft von Organen juristischer Personen, von den Regelungen für Zusammenkünfte teilweise ausnimmt.
Daher und auch in Anbetracht der sich fortsetzenden, positiven Entwicklung in Österreich im Zusammenhang mit COVID-19 hat der Vorstand entschieden, auch die diesjährige ordentliche Hauptversammlung der Zumtobel Group AG als Präsenz-Hauptversammlung abzuhalten.
