(File photo | MLive.com)MLive file photo Facebook Share OTTAWA COUNTY, MI – A Grand Haven psychologist had his license suspended for at least three years after he had a sexual relationship with a patient, state officials said. William Peter Kooistra, 57, was sentenced last year in Grand Haven District Court to 45 days in jail after he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of attempted fourth-degree criminal-sexual conduct. He was also ordered to pay nearly $10,000 in fines, costs and restitution.
