Province could still pick up Maritime Electric's Fiona costs

The P.E.I. government has not ruled out the possibility of striking a deal with Maritime Electric to foot the bill of post-tropical storm Fiona cleanup, the energy minister says — even though the utility has applied to IRAC for customers to cover it.
