Prosecutors allege ex-credit union manager concocted $140,00

Tracy Thibodeau, 46, of Windsor, pleaded not guilty Friday to a felony fraud offense that allegedly took place when she worked at the Vermont VA Federal Credit Union in White River Junction, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Vermont.
