Prosecco bar among changes to Spalding's Hills Department Store | Updated: 08:16, 28 February 2021 The new owners of a popular Spalding department store have revealed some of the changes which await shoppers when it reopens in April. Scott Crowson, of the Coneys Clothing Stores in Lincoln and Boston, has bought Hills Department Store in Broad Street and has saved 25 jobs. The store has been undergoing some changes during lockdown and shoppers have a lot to look forward to when non-essential retail is allowed to reopen on April 12. Hills before its make-over The store's Facebook account shows that a Prosecco Bar and new labels such as French Connection will feature at the store along with the return of the popular Riverside Cafe.
