BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF ASSIGNMENT To support its work in providing safe and nutritious school meals and enhancing the transition to a national school feeding programme, WFP is currently implementing school feeding programme focusing on locally procured commodities. The programme is designed and implemented in close partnership with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) and other line ministries, provincial and district authorities.
