PRINCETON, WV (WOAY) - Mercer County is getting state support to help build more housing after both Bluefield and Princeton applied to join the BUILD West Virginia program. They were approved, making the area within a 20-mile radius of Princeton a BUILD West Virginia District. That means housing construction projects may be exempt from several taxes.
