Preventing amputations and saving lives starts with bringing PAD into the 21st century

PAD, a vascular disease disproportionately affecting Black and brown communities and causing 400 daily amputations in the U.S., remains largely unknown to 70 percent of Americans, posing a critical public health crisis demanding urgent physician and public awareness efforts.
