They joined three other Preston County High School students at the Capitol Tuesday who are all part of the school's culinary art program. They were planning to serve 500 people and make over 1000 pancakes. Preston County is home to the annual Buckwheat Festival every fall. This year, the festival will be held from Sept. 26 - 29.
