MANILA, Philippines: Malacanang issued a memorandum ordering all presidential appointees before Feb. 1, 2023 to submit their updated Personal Data Sheet (PDS) and clearances from pertinent agencies such as the Civil Service Commission, National Bureau of Investigation, Office of the Ombudsman, and Sandiganbayan.
