Power outages hit towns in Russian-occupied part of Ukraine'

Several populated areas of the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk Oblast saw power outages on the night of Nov. 26, probably linked to a reported attack on the Starobeshivska Thermal Power Station (TES).
