Porsche India, Dealer Asked To Pay Rs10 Lakh Compensation; N

While directing the police to find out whether the documents submitted by Porsche India Pvt Ltd's dealer Porsche Center at Gurgaon are false and fabricated, the national consumer disputes redressal commission (NCDRC) asked the carmaker and the dealer to jointly pay Rs10 lakh compensation to a car buyer along with simple interest at 9%pa (per annum) for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
