Edgar Palencia-Marroquin, 24, was charged with operating a drug factory, possession of narcotics, sale of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell on Tuesday night. Capt. Richard Conklin said the city’s Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit has been investigating Palencia-Marroquin for several weeks for “prolific” drug trade in Stamford and surrounding communities, Conklin said.
