Maricopa Police Department is searching for two special needs teens who went missing over the weekend. Kellie Kiger, 15, and John Kiger, 14, have been missing since 4 p.m. Saturday after they apparently ran away from their home on Arizona Avenue in Senita 2, said their adoptive father, David Nelson.
