POLICE REPORTS FOR MAY 7, 2021 By John Smathers May 7, 2021 2:44 PM State Police in DuBois have filed criminal charges against a Reynoldsville man who allegedly threatened a woman with a gun during an incident in Washington Township of Jefferson County on Tuesday. According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, police were dispatched to the scene around 6:40 pm and spoke with the victim who reported a vehicle pulled in behind her at her relative’s residence and 31-year-old David Michael Chapdelaine got out, with a pistol in hand, and threatened her. Police then interviewed Chapdelaine and a passenger is his vehicle. The passenger reported that Chapdelaine did have a gun during the argument but did not disclose any other details. Chapdelaine reportedly admitted that he did argue with the victim, had a gun in hand, and threatened her but he said he did not point the gun at her.
