AS Covid restrictions are due to ease further next week, police in Cheshire are reminding residents to stay safe and not run the risk of a fine. The news comes as it has been revealed that in the three months of lockdown between January 4-April 4, a total of 226 Fixed Penalty Notices have been handed out in the Chester area. In addition, 92 FPNs were handed out in the Ellesmere Port area. From Monday 12 April, England will move into Step Two of the Government’s roadmap which will see the reopening of businesses such as non-essential shops, hairdressers, beauty salons and outdoor hospitality.
