Police officer who missed gun used to kill Matt Ratana in custody cell admits he ignored his training to search the killer 'top-down' and should have found the weapon, inquest told

Metropolitan Police sergeant Matt Ratana (pictured) was killed on September 25 2020 by Louis de Zoysa, 26, who opened fire at a Croydon custody suite in south London.
