Police have recovered the body of missing angler on the Manistee River near Tippy Dam

MANISTEE — The Manistee County Sheriff’s Office has recovered the body of a missing 49-year-old Gladwin man Tuesday after his fishing boat was found empty Monday on the Manistee River.
