The police found the decomposed body of a teenaged boy in a ditch in a forest near Kathgodam in Nainital district. The boy was missing since February 17 this year, the officials said. They informed that the deceased has been identified as Bhaskar Dumka (15) who belongs to Bhimtal’s Padampuri
