Syracuse, NY -- Private and public security cameras cover nearly every square inch of East Fayette Street in front of the blocks-long Parkside Commons apartment complex.
Those cameras caught the murder of Hakeem Phillips, 31, on Oct. 23, 2020 in the 2000 block of East Fayette. And a suspect was identified from that video, a Syracuse police investigator revealed Wednesday.
