KATHMANDU, April 14: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has furnished a written response to the Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday requesting the SC to scrap the writ petition filed against him on his expressions regarding the deaths that happened in the decade-long insurgency.
