Uniindia: New Delhi, July 13 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday spoke on phone with Prime Minister of Netherlands Mark Rutte and exchanged views on India-EU relations, regional and global issues including convergence and cooperation in the Indo-Pacific.
