PM Modi has a special attachment to the Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. He has a relation of Karma and Marma with Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. During the 9-year tenure of the Prime Minister, he gave approval for works worth lakhs to crores for Uttarakhand."
