Plastic and Rubber Group (PAR), a family-owned manufacturer and supplier of engineering plastics, insulation and rubber products into a wide range of markets, has been acquired for an undisclosed sum by R&G Fluid Power Group in a deal advised by accountants and business advisors Beever and Struthers.
