Planning Commission chair breaks two tie votes to advance Prince home above Old Town toward final approval

The Park City Planning Commission on Wednesday night gave preliminary approval for Matthew and Tatiana Prince's bid to replace two houses overlooking Old Town with a new family home, subject to a raft of conditions, along with a historical design review.
