Cualoping III yesterday met nine Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) chairpersons of Calapan City to recognize their significant roles in strengthening the effective implementation and utilization of the government's 'Explain, Explain, Explain' campaign, as the young leaders carry out an essential function in providing access to information to their constituents in their respective barangays.
