Hundreds of vehicles took part in a “Parade for James” past the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday morning. Five-year-old James Taylor is in palliative care at the hospital. He was diagnosed with a genetic disorder and is suffering from liver failure. His last wish was to have a parade of police vehicles, fire trucks, construction vehicles, antique cars, motorcycles and more.
