Phil Egan: Hawthorn racism report author charged with fraud

Phil Egan, who authored an incendiary report into alleged racism at the Hawthorn Football Club, has been slapped with dozens of fraud charges over allegations he siphoned hundreds of thousands of dollars from an Aboriginal co-op.
